FORGET THE COUNTDOWN...

My son is coming home on June 1st from Haiti.. Mission Complete.  I can't wait to hear from him and see him.  We are now down to a matter of hours...

Please remember those who served and died for our country today.   My computer is still down so I have been creating templates on this little laptop until i get my new computer in about 2 weeks.  For my wonderful designer, I apologize for this inconvenience.  For the followers, you will see much more when I'm back online.  Be safe and enjoy your day!

It's Monday

My main computer is still down and I am not able to scrap.  I visited my youngest grandson, AJ on Sunday to celebrate his 4th birthday.  It was a lot of fun for the other children to visit with him.  We took a few pics and I will definitely get them scrapped and posted as soon as I can.   have a great, happy, scrappy day. ''

Mission Complete...

This is what my son was told as he is preparing to return to the US from Haiti.  His unit has completed their portion of the support needed and he will be home June 1st.  His lovely wife and daughter are excited and he is just ecstatic.  His family here at home are so happy that he will be home as well.  Hopefully we will capture his return in pics and I will post them.

I thought it was back but it's not..

I am so upset.  I updated my computer with a new operating system, Windows 7, and shortly after 3 months, it decided to crash.  I got an internet virus and worm. It ate through the system and destroyed the pics, my scrap kits, etc.  Yep, I had a virus scan running and thought it was updated, however, i was told that one of the worms that was caught by my computer actually didn't let the virus scan update so it opened the door to this devastation for my computer.  Well I take it as a chance to regroup and take a break. It's time for a moment of ... clarity while I regroup.  I will be offline until mid-June since it will take that much time getting my computer back up and running.  

Well... onward...
